InLei Tint Developer Cream :

-Necessary for developing tint before use on the brows

-Does not alter the PH of the dye

How to use: Before applying the tint clean the area with Saline pretreatment to clean and prime the brows. Mix the peroxide with tint in 2:1 proportions in InLei Trio and apply to brows using brush.
